Day 1 -Arrive
Srinagar
Meet n greet at Srinagar Airport/ Railway Station and
transfer to deluxe houseboat. In afternoon, proceed for
sightseeing of Mughal gardens, Nishat Bagh and Shalimar
Bagh. All the gardens are situated on the banks of Dal lake.
Later on, drive to hillside temple of Shankracharya, the
Shiva temple built with rockstone and overlooking Dal lake.
Rest of the day at leisure and dinner and overnight stay at
deluxe boat.
Day 2 - Srinagar- Gulmarg
After breakfast, proceed to Gulmarg- The Meadow of flowers
(60 Kms/ 2 Hrs). Here are one of the best ski slopes in the
world. One can also view Nanga Parbat, if weather permits.
Enjoy snow skiing for rest of the day. Dinner and overnight
stay at hotel.
Day 3 - In Gulmarg
After breakfast, enjoy full day snow skiing. Dinner and
overnight stay at hotel.
Day 4 - Gulmarg - Srinagar
Drive back to Srinagar after breakfast. Shikara ride on Dal
lake in afternoon, where you will visit the floating
vegetable gardens. You can also do a bird watch during the
ride with a lot of species including little Bittern,
kingfisher, common Pariah Kites, Grebe etc. Dinner and
overnight stay in deluxe houseboat.
Day 5 - Departure from Srinagar
After breakfast, transfer to Srinagar Airport |
